I wanted to add new channels, i called their customer service and they told me to use the app to add any channels. Now i subscribed channels in the app, it notified successfully subscribed but my channel is still unsubscribed. Now customer service numbers are wrong and reply of emails.
The independent tv has been disloyal from the beginning as they promised they will provide one year all channels (Hd/sd) free but they migrated us to another pack and when we demand some channels they add cost to those channels. Now recently we started facing new-new problems-
1. No star network channels (They resolved this in 3weeks)
2. Channel stream stuck (2 weeks)
