I have sibmitted two complaints and now two more networks are blocked i. E zee and colour. I want to know regarding your instructions and panelty imposed on independent tv for there misdoing and harrasing their customers when these channels are available on all other networks why they are blocking them on the name of technical problem. It is clearly evident from this that they are not afraid of trai. They think they can play with the rules. One or the other day they are blocking channels one or other networks. Kindly show them your power and instructs them to telecast all networks uninterruptiely.
Worst network. They are cheating the customer..
It's been 2months they are not solving problems. Day by day they are removing the channels.
Let me know can you resolve the problem or not. It better to go for consumer court.

    My independent tv connection is not working from last 4 -5 months, i have raised complaint multiple times on the customer care number[protected] and all the time customer care executive says that they have ceated the complaint number and my issue will resolve within 24 hours but still i am facing the same issue, no one has come to my home to fix this issue. They said the same statement all time. I become frustrated from this process.

    I want my money back or to fix this issue.

        Respected sir/ma'am, we have taken independent setup box service 5 months before promised to show all channels by independent dth service. At first all channels r showing but slowly slowly all channels r gone and now situation is like no channels r coming at all. We have paid for one year subscr..., colour's marathi channel & zee all channels not working.

          My dth set top box s. No. [protected] has not been working from 10-15 days. I called in customer care per day 3 to 4 time they said to me every time your complain had been registered and engineer will be reach your home 24 to 48 hours but still your engineer is not avialble now a day and your excutives is not given me complain no. Any time, today your executive said that to me that my complain was registered today but ur another executive gave me complain no. 2287780 as on 13/05/2019. Today 16/05/2019, aprox at 1:15 p. M. I called again in customer care with the above mentioned complaint number but there is no satisfactory response from the other side and your exicutive miss jyoti talk with me in high voice i have a voice record. I am also complained in "trai consumer help line and they given to me complain no. 1318585".
          So you are requested to solve my problem.

            My self srinivas reddy, i have applied service center from (Independent tv) pantel technologies, and have paid amount of rs:20000/- on 09-feb-19, , till now they didnt send me any stock and then i requested for my amount back but they are not taking any action on this... And i have also given my f&f settelement letter also but there is no response...

              Dear sir,
              Since a month, one by one each and every channel is not working. I just can't see any show and they just show "we regret the inconvenience being caused due to non availability of this channel. We are working on the resolution and shall resume soon." it's been a month and i can't see any show. Channels like zee tv, colors, mtv, and many more are not coming. We just installed independent tv in january and it started giving us trouble in march. What kind of a service is this and also if i call you, it's always busy or else my call is not sent. Please take a strict action.

                I never ever experienced these type of bad service in DTH industry. Day by day channels are stop performing in Independent tv & they selected there own Packs according to their convince (no option to select manual or online?) & another customer care number not at all connecting from last 2months, even though 2contact numbers changed by co., but no use.

                  Independent tv, i subscribe the dth dish tv services for to set of tv @ rs 4000/-, since from last 15 days tv network is not coming, company is not having sufficient staff, and could to able to provide me services, and after subscribing the connection for dth tv services, day by day their services getting inferior in terms of channels reduction, and picture quality. So i want unsubscribe the services from independent tv.

                  The set top box shows video for approximately 10 seconds and then freezes for about 10 seconds. The same issue is there with every channel. The customer service number is either unreachable or disconnects after about 10 minutes on hold. Please... resolve our problem.

                      This is one of the worst dth service ever i have seen. We are getting this below error from past 6 days :
                      Error 6
                      E 87 filter is not enough

                      I have called the customer care 5 times in last three days and every day all i get to hear is "chaubees ghante wait kijiye" (Wait for 24 hours). Its been 72 hours before my complaint got raised and the issue has not been looked into. If you are not able to handle the customer complaints, why have a customer care where there are humans like robots who just say the same dialogues every time we call. Hoping for this to be resolved asap at least through this forum.

                      Each channel is pausing after 10 sec. Zee channels are not working and star channels also worked after more than 15 days. I dont why u making fool of others.                       More than half channels r shut down. Star plus whole package was not coming for 1 month. Customer care no. is not available only. Now zee channels are not coming. All channels are hanging from 10 days not coming continuously. Paisa pura la liya ab service ki bari aayi to koi jawab nai nahi solution koi. Ban this and we want our rupees back.

                      My connection is not working properly as the customer care number is also not responding. We were charged for full year with HD channels but they were also stopped within 15-20 days and now most of the channels are not working properly.
                      What is the procedure to take our money back.

                        Every channel, movie or sports gets stuck every 20 seconds. Not a good channel pack for the people to see. The video quality is so bad and sometimes audio doesn't even synchronize to the video. Really bad work by you guys. Very very very dissappointed.

                          Independent TV was installed at my place 3 months back and till now I am facing problems back to back. All the channels are getting freezed each and every minute. Agent at Subramanyanagar, Bangalore informed us this is very good and new dish and collected Rs.3, 600/- for one yeast

                          Employee related to Independent TV based at Bangalore is also not attending the calls from us. Earlier call center [protected] has changed to [protected] where no body attends the calls.

                          Please help me in getting the refunds.

                                I had pre-booked independent tv (Formerly known as reliance big tv) connection because the pre-booking offer was hd and sd channels free for 1st year, but only after 2 to 3 months connection independent tv blocked my hd channels and then i registered a complaint but even after complaining and regular follow-up independent tv did not restore my hd channels services and now they have blocked most of the sd channels also.
                                Even after pre-booking and waiting for at least 6 month for subscription my hd and most of sd channels are blocked saying now it is not a part of my pack which is ridiculous.

                                And when i asked if independent tv is not restoring my plan then please refund my money they refuse to refund.

                                Independent tv is not keeping up it's promise of providing all channels including HD, to its customers got connected before 31st December 2018. The few beamed channels also get struck often both audio and video while viewing...A technical snag. Customer care when called, not responding. A way breach of contract.

                                  Independent tv is worst dth service. Broadcast is sticking. Many channels removed from bouquet which was given with box at the time of selling. Zee pack is deactivated from 15 days. Star pack was also turned off for 25 days. I want my package money back. And return my box. I dont want this box now. Otherwise i want sue on independent tv. Please do the process

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I had independent tv dealership in kotdwar for which i have resigned 3months ago in February but till now my fnf has not been done by company i contacted company officials, zonal distributor, state head of company etc many times but no one helped all are giving excuses and are not interested in releasing my money .
                                    My 6.42lacs has been blocked since then
                                    Please help me as no one is listening.

                                    Company is trying to do fraud with me as they said fnf takes in between 90 days as per company policy but days have passed till now nothing happened

                                      e87 filter is not enough

                                      I am getting Error 6, E87 filter is not enough error from past 7 days. None of the channels are working. When ever I try to call customer care, it says busy. By luck if the call connects, customer care person says that it will be resolved in 24 or 48 hours. I have been waiting from past 7 days but no change. Will the channels work? Or do we need to take different connection? Any hopes that this problem will be resolved?...

                                      I have pre booked for new connection on 20th March 2018 and paid Rs.499 + 499 = 998/-.
                                      As per website within 30 to 45 days it will be installed.
                                      But no installation and no further communication.
                                      When I call customer care for refund they took all require bank details but not refund been processed yet.
                                      I am fed up with your customer care team, need to fix this issue and want refund of my complete amount.

                                      Reliance Bigtv — non installation of reliance big tv connection even after 18 months passed

                                      I booked two Reliance Big TV connection on 20/03/2018. My booking id is A12941874. My customer id is[protected] and
                                      My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. It was assured by you that the connection will be done between
                                      30 to 45 days. But till date i. e. After approx 18 months it has not been installed. I called several
                                      Times to customer care and every time they gave false assurance. It is not up to the mark of such a big network of reliance. I am sorry to say that now i am
