I purchased service plan of 2500 rs for one year.
But they provided service only 4 month's. Since april 2019 continually making complaints against it. Every time executive says we are sorry for the inconvenience and we are sending executive to resolve the problem. Till today no one came to see this even i have made complain many times and now sick of this.
I want my money back.

I draw your kind attention to the problem regarding the service of independent tv. The pack which i purchased bound to provide me 1 (One) years all the channels for free and free-to-air channels for the next 4 (Four) years for free. But now they have made a pack by their own will and saying that it will continue for only 1 (One) year. The current pack has no important channels and remain disconnected most of the time.
I request you to take note of my problem and oblize me. Details of my connection are given below.

I have paid for yearly package for independent tv. Now few days back star channels were removed from the platform and we were unable to watch channels for around 15 days.
Now zee channels are removed and none of the zee channel is coming up also picture is buffering and having issue with all channels.
We are facing buffering issue from last 15 days do you have any sense???
Why don't you shut your company we you failed to satisfy the customers.

I had purchased independent tv at the cost of ₹2000. According to the company 1st year of subscription will be free with all the channels but first they removed all hd channels after that all star channel were unavailable for 20-25 days & after that now all zee channel are unavailable & buffering problem is also there with all the channels. There is no one to attend the call at customer care helpline number. They just put the call on hold & we have to wait for hours but the call will not be answered.

Network problem aa raha hai picture buffering ho rahi hai clearity nahin hai aaj ek hafte se kuch dekhne ko nahi mil raha company cheating kar rahi hai isko jaldi se jaldi resolve kiya jaye. Channel bhi kam ho gaye hain zee tv star plus zee bollywood and picture aise hi kai channel band ho gaye. Dubara chalu kiya jaye nahin tu mera paisa wapas kiya jaye. Varna mujhe consumer court jana padega

This is such a piece of # in the name of a dish service provider. They offered a heal lot of offers in the beginning and slowly started removing channels one by one. And the worst part of there service is there customer support which never ever listens to the problem. Forget about about solving them. So this is a sincere request for the team (If any). Service is completely blocked since last 3-4 days

Your connection is not working properly and i am not enjoying tv by viewing. All chanel is not working properly and stopped picture quality is not good please check this matter and solve this matter because i am paying lot of money to viewing the chanel. So that this your responsibility to better service provide to me.

Independent tv launched with a lot of hype but it became a bad choice for me. First, the yearly plan scrambled due to alteration in trai rules and they reduced channels to only a few hindi channels. Secondly, for the last few days, whole network collapsed and it is not working properly. I pity myself of changing my provider in hope of good services. I rate this zero....

The independent tv set top box shows video for approximately 10 seconds and then freezes for about 10 seconds. The same issue is there with every channel. The customer service number is either unreachable or disconnects after about 10 minutes on hold. Please... Resolve our problem.

Hi all consumers,
My intention is to warn against taking new set top box connection of independent tv.
One of my friends recommended it, as for spending 2k you can watch contents for 1 year.
I took the connection, it worked for 5 months, but suddenly there was error 400.
Went to terrace. Since i live in an apartment, many disc antenna were from independent tv. Came to know that my cable was removed by one of apartment mate since the disc antenna belonged to him. The technician at time of installation had connected my cable to his unused antenna rather than providing me new one. I was in office at that time and my wife was at home. It could be a mistake by me that i did not follow installation work myself.

But real horror starts after that.

Called up customer care. Observed this

1. Very hard to connect to customer care executives, it took 2 days.
2. Talked to customer care executives, most of guys are partially educated and can talk little english. Somehow registered the complaint and was told 4 working days to wait. Other set top box providers have 24 hrs turn around time.

3. After 4 days on march 27 2019, called up customer care, and talked about same. He told there is no such complaint registered by earlier customer care guy. Strange, unprofessional!
He registered the complain and assured for resolution in 24 hrs

4. Since then that 24 hrs has not come, i kept on calling everyday. The ticket was escalated as per them. I told the customer care guys, let me talk to any higher official /technical team but they don't know anyone.

I have stopped calling them now as everyone assures next 24 hrs resolution time.

5. I observed in my apartment, all independent tv users are coming back to their old service providers now, e. G tata sky, videocon, dish tv etc.
Somebody complained, independent tv suddenly stops any channel and they get no resolution for it.

1st to say hell to have purchased independent tv for 2600 right from the beginning there is an issue
Nor the assured channels r coming r interrupted services being a big company u people need so many days to rectify the problem shame on your part it's better to close the company instead of playing with people's time n money... Better refund

I want to refund my money, i purchase independent tv in rs 3000/-, so i just want my money refund from company...

Using independent tv connection but from some days set up box is not showing a single channel clearly. Channel is freezing for about ten seconds on regular intervals of time. All the contact numbers are engaged today and from past three days they are saying that they will clear the problem within 12 hours but they are not doing what they had asked. I had made the full payment for channels but i am not able to see a tv for a single moment. Solve the problems or give me a refund of rs. 3500/-. All other customers are also having the same problem from last three days.

I purchased independent tv freedom pack in september 2018
Services were fine till january 2019. But after february they removed all hd channels. And now they removed all sports, lifestyle, kids and some other channels too. I can't even watch ipl as all all star and the worst part is now their channels are freezing after every 10 seconds.

Dear sir/madam,

I am a customer of independent tv. At the time of installation of independent tv, i paid money for the package of one year. But after implementation of trai, independent tv closed so many channels. According to their promises, the package cannot be close before expiry of contract. But independent tv cheated me. Please help us and take action against independent tv. Now, i don't want this independent tv and request you to compel them to refund back of my money (Rs. 2300/-).

At last but not the least, the reception quality of independent tv is very bad, motion of the pictures disrupted at least 2-3 times in a minute, since last 3-4 days.
