I had taken Independent plan under their 1yr free all channel subscription at INR 2499. Now they have limited to some basic channels that too most of the time are not broadcasted and kept on error or updation mode. Their customer care also doesn't work, neither they reply to mails. This is certainly a big time fraud by Independent TV. Request TRAI to penalize independent TV and make independent TV to return consumer money or make promises made available to consumers.

    Independent tv stopped all star channels and some more channels which are in package and they are not responding, there is no way out you can contact them, customer care is not reachable, on e-mail they are not used to respond. These people are looting innocent customers money and providing worst ever services. Why trai is not closing companies like independent tv. Please do needful and take strong action against them, provide justice to its customers, please take immediate action

      I have booked independent tv on 9th December 2018. Installation or delivery of set up box is not given yet after 4months. I have complained so much times. And request for refund but yet not given refund. Customer care executive give same scheme all time and it will become headache for me. I request you to please help me to give my money back.

        We are facing a problem all star channels are stopped they are showing technical problems showing from a week we are facing this its not minor problem no channel is available tata sky is showing all channels and hd channels already stopped from a 2 month and independent set top box is not even refunding our money back from week no channel is coming we have already pay fee then also very poor service all channels are showing error...

          error 6 e87 filter is not enough

          I am getting Error 6, E87 filter is not enough error from past 7 days. None of the channels are working. When ever I try to call customer care, it says busy. By luck if the call connects, customer care person says that it will be resolved in 24 or 48 hours. I have been waiting from past 7 days but no change. Will the channels work? Or do we need to take different connection? Any hopes that this problem will be resolved?

          My self Chandrakant, this is regarding “Blocking of HD Channels” I had pre-booked Independent TV (reliance Big TV) at that time the offer was Both SD and HD
          channels will be free for 1 st Year.

          Plan : Freedom 1999

          MY HD channels are been blocked form Independent TV and as per
          Telecommunication with Independent TV (Big TV) customer care executive
          Independent TV will not provide me HD channels I will have to buy them and
          when I ask to refund me if Independent TV is not providing me HD channels
          customer care executive said they will not refunding me my money and when I
          asked her to transfer the call to any senior who will be able to answer my
          question she said no senior is available to answer my question.
          Don’t you think this is unfair with the customer and they are cheating with customers.

            this is to inform you that i had purchased independent TV under their mahabachat pack and it was installed on 17 Jan 2019 at that time all channels were working including HD channels but after some time channel were starting close day by day and they close kids channel like hangama, diseny nick marvel hq sonic niclodean discovery kidsnick disney junior and english movie channel UTV movies UTV action and in last week they close all star channels.

            i had also register the complaint with there customer care wide comlpaint no 2639815 as well as on Email and they raise a ticket ID 9350 7 april 2018 and commit that your problem will be solve within 24 hrs.But till now problem is not solve.

            So you requested to look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible.

              Hi Team,

              I realocated and shifted my independent tv antena to a different location and signals were not good, so antena was shifted on 15th floor and paid 1200 rs for 70 mtr wire and fitting antena. I called this person from faridabad customer care Roshini electronics.

              But once he is gone, dish didn't worked after that and I called these guys. From last 15 days they were saying that it will be fixed today and now they have stopped picking call too. I called to many times to Roshini electronics whichvtakes care of independent dish in fbd, but response is pathetic. I have added several screens of number called.

              I wrote to customer care too, but no response. I couldn't find any grievence Readdress email.

              This is not a matter of money, this is related to faith and service.

              This is cheating with customer who are taking your dish and service. Please fix the responsibility of these people, they should be answerable.

                  i have taken the Freedom package of Independent TV on august 2018 which is operated in December 2018. as per contract and assurance the all entertainment, News, Kids, Movie, Information, HD and other channel worked properly but after Feb 2019 the channels start locked or operating. we have try to make complaint to consumer care number they insured to reset the channel but no change there also as per instruction we continue ON the desktop box for 10 days but no any change presently in place of said 200 channel only 20-40 is working and Independent TV has blocked my contact Registered number . i try to contact from other number but they also block other number . so requested you to resolve the issue and direct me how can i go to consumer forum to take compensation from the service provider as well as make to punish them for this lake of service from service provider.

                    I purchase independent TV set up box almost 6 month ago. And paid 3000 for 1 year free all channels but last 1 week my set up box is showing error 200.. While my pack is free for I year after 6 month it is showing all channels are un subscribe. I told my set up box provider but no response I got. I want to refund my money as quick as possible... only free to air channel was coming .. ... I am sick about this independent TV...

                    Also one more complaint is there your customer care number also not pickup by anyone from last one week.
                    Mostly channels are stopped either start the channel or refund my money.

                      Maine november me independent tv install karya tha. Us samay mujhe batya tha ki 1 saal tak free subscription hai with hd channels. Lekin march se hd channels ke saath anya channel band kar diye gaye hai aur tara ye diya ja rha hai ki trai ke aadesh hai. Jabki jaha tak meri jankari hai trai ke regulation se pahle maine plan le liya tha isliye uspe ye niyam nhi lagoo hoga as per trai guidelines. Magar mere channel band hai.
                      Kuch dino se technical issue ke naam se star ke bhi channel band kar diye. 3 din tak baat hui roz 24 ghante ka samay maangte hai lekin avi tak sahi nhi kar paye. Ab to call bhi nhi lag rahi hai unke customer service no. Par.
                      Mere mukhya issue hai-
                      1- mere band channel start ho aur nhi ho sakte hai to mujhe trai ka rule regulations ka para no. Clause bata de ki kaha likha hai?
                      2-star ke channel turant shuru kare.
                      3 - customer care par no. Nhi lag raha hai.30 min. Tak hold rakha jaa rha hai fir bhi baat nhi karwai jaa rhi. Ise thik kare.

                        Last year at the time of launching big tv which is now an independent tv had promised all normal & hd channels in booking of the tv. Considering the offer i booked it and requested them to install the connection few months back. After installing when i subscribed hd channels, no hd channel was available apart from that they provided very limited channels which is completely opposite the offer. This is completely a case of cheating & fraud with customer. They are saying hd channels are not being provided due to the change in the tri guidelines however no where in tri guidelines its mentioned that company cant provide free hd channels to their subscribers. They are making the full o[censored]s which can be expected from these kind of organisation.

                          Almost one year back i booked independent tv, they took more than 7 months to install it. As per there plan, they should have shown all channels free for one year. But, they closed all hd channels after 2 months of installation. Then they closed all english channels. And now comes the biggest shocker, they have closed all star channels like star plus, star sports, star gold, etc. I am very fond of cricket and in the mid of ipl they are not showing matches. Then there is no use of this entertainment tv.

                          I want my money back, along with additional amount to disturb my routine without any prior information.
                          Its such a bad service i m experiencing..it takes about 15 minutes to pick up the phn...and they ask to keep the set top box open always so that whenever the channel comes back u can see..what. A joke...when it would air no body knows with world cup approaching its time to look for another reliable option
                          I think the owner of indipendent tv is thief.. Becoz sabko dikh rha hai ki usne sidha sidha custmor se jhut bol ke paise churaya hai.. Sab channel dheere dheere band ho rhe hai.. Pta nhi me kyu inke chakkar me pda.. Ipl ki to aise taise fer di inhone.. I want my money back and take your garbage set up box from my home..

                            It's been only 3 month's i purchased independent tv and my hd channels have stopped in one month, upon asking independent tv they replied stating that hd channels have been stopped as per tri regulations, and now i am not able to see any star channels, again reached out to pathetic service center this dth operator has where i was informed that i will be able to see all star channels by 6 next day. It was 18th april and it's been over 3 days i am still not able to see any star channels even on 21st april. Tried calling nodel officer who's incomings are stopped.
                            I want to file a legal case against independent tv and drag to the court.

                                I had taken independent tv freedom offer connection in last year november but from last 15 day's none of the channels are coming getting error "stb is not active. Please contact the operator" ref ticket number logged with independent tv is 300420. I had escalated to nodal team also but no response from them.

                                I had spoken with nodal office they assured me that issue will be fixed with in 24 hours. But now nodal officer phone is not reached getting message incoming called has been banned. If you call customer care also not at all connecting not sure my number has been blocked..

                                Please have look asap.

                                    I have bought the new connection of independent tv in december 2018 at that time they offer all channels free for one year at 2499rs. But from march 2019 i am not getting many channels which they were listed to provide for one year. Even now i am not getting any channel of star network.

                                    I try to call customer care but there is no one to response on call. I think they are cheating their customer.

                                    I need to file complain of fraud case against independent tv as they are cheating.

                                      Guys, please don't get into this independent tv trap, they are literally mentally harassing their customers. Not just their services are bad but believe me guys their customer care support is even more pathetic. These guys have made mockery of the customer service. It's been almost a week to this issue, it will take more than half an hour to connect to their customer care, and then they will give a repetitive answer : sir kindly wait for 24 hours within that the issue will be resolved. Please don't get lured into their offers, it's literally a dabba company.
