Even after nearly two years reliance big tv/independent tv have not refunded the deposit amount
. Customer id: 12513619 they are postphoning refund simply asking details from the depositor.
Request to take with the concerned and arrange for refund.

Pl. Note that it is more than a year since i have paid the charges. There had been no response from independent tv (Formerly reliance big tv). The earliest communication was on 24/01/2019 thro'sms to my mobile remember.in response to this replied for refund. But till date no reply except for this e-mail. Till date none of your representative contacted me on this subject.
In all good faith pl. Refund the amount immediately to the bank the details of which are as above.
Your urgent action under intimation; is solicited.

We would like to inform you that our representative (S) have been trying to contact you pertaining to the installation of dth equipment but due to your unavailability, they were not able to process this activity.
In accordance with the new regulations set forth by trai, we had to incorporate certain changes in our existing plans and our older packs are no longer available.
