I had purchase independent tv in jan 2019 with an offer 1 years all channels free and 4 years basic channels free. But within 1 month many channel are not showing even after given complant to customer care they are not replying. My setup box no.[protected]
Just want to know why did they give fraud offer and what to do now about this dishtv
Last few days tv shows error 400. we informed but no result by company

    My independent tv dth service is not working (Error code - 400). I registered a complain on 24.03.2019 with independent tv and. As per policy they were suppose to resolve issue with in 24 hours, but still problem is unattended. I had made so many reminder calls but no progress.
    I had taken 1 year subscription and paid for the 1 year dth service in advance...

        I registered for Independent TV in March 2018 and then first they hadn't given me the connection till December 2018 without any notice. Then they started showing all the channels under Freedom pack which were mentioned alongwith HD channels and it's a yearly pack.
        After a month first they blocked HD channels and changed my pack into Marathi Manoranjan pack which I subscribed previously without my consent and lastly they blocked some more channels like Aajtak, UTV movies, other english movie and entertainment channels. When I asked them the reason they just answered that the channels were not in your subscribed pack as per our company but the channels are showing in my subscribed pack as per their website. Besides all that, they also block several different channels time to time for which I need to call and insist to start them.
        As per TRAI rules dated 22 February 2019, it is enlisted that if someone subscribed for any yearly pack then the service provider won't alter their pack and also not them to pay more. But they aren't going as per the rules. I also have 2 more connections and facing same problem with them. Lastly I also want to mention that their customer care number mentioned in their site is not Toll free is really not.

          I have subscribed to independent tv from 22nd december 2018 and they told that for one year all channels will be free including hd channels, however from february onwards they cut all the hd channels and also many more channels. Both the customer care numbers are not working, neither they reply to the email also. It's very disappointing. As a customer i have been harassed. The picture quality is also very poor. I am cheated by this company.

            hd channels are not visible on independent tv

            Independent tv committed that hd channel will work i had bought independent tv box and pack in 2500rs for 1 year include 12-13 hd channel but they stop working after feb 6 then i connect with customer care and agent they have nothing to say and just saying that wait for till 10 march and hd channel will not work after trai rules but they committed so thats not fair
            So they should have to. Refund the money or activate hd channel br...

            I have a independent tv connection with registered mobile no.[protected]. Since last three months they are not entertaining any complaint regarding channel selection. Today i also contacted them and they told that as per my previous package (For which i paid for full year), they will not provide the channels as promised neither can i select fta channels through its website.

            They make their own package and provide the channels that we never watch which is certainly a violation of trai guidelines. Neither they are ready to refund my money. Hence would request you to please look into it on urgent basis.

              Dear sir i have paid booking of big tv rs 500 paid on march 2018 but still i have not got connection. But now i need refund of my amount

              Booking number 12502134 for refund

              I have return so many mails and twitter no response

              Had made the payment of rs. 499/- as per-booking charges on march 1st, 2018 for reliance dth service from reliance big tv ltd (Name has recently been rebranded to independent tv). Initially i got a booking id "0" the installation was to be done with 30-45 days later may 2nd 2018, i got a booking id 12502134and the service should have been started by the mid of september 2018. However, no installation has been done till date and neither there is any proper response from the customer care. Every time i have called at the customer care i have got the same response which is "installation will be done within a week". However, 12months have passed from the payment yet no installation done. Now i required refund of my deposit amount

                Dear sir,
                I am having a big tv connection, now independent tv with 2 year pack. My set top box is not working at all and thus not able to use the dth services. My complaint was lodged for replacement of stb for scn[protected] on 09.11.2018. Since then i am closely following up with customer care and company officials, but all in vein. Please arrange to replace the stb at the earliest.

                          Independent tv have looted me they are fraud from last 1year they are not refunding my money. On 1st march 2018 i had paid 500 for preebooking amount for dth service and as per their promise it was to be installed within 30-45days but it didn't so they promised me to give refund and ispite of sending mail with all my bank details for more than 100 times still the haven't replied and even customer service is saying they can't help. I need my hard earn money back.

                            My independent tv customer id is [protected].
                            I applied for connection in december 2018. They offered me all channels including 11 hd channels for one year and free channels for 5 years.
                            For almost one month, there was no issue.in january first hd channels were off and now sd channels are also went off. I called customer care but could not connect for almost one month. I asked my brother to call customer care from banglore. He was told that they will refund the amount and take back equipment.
                            Two days ago i called customer care independent tv and asked about my problem and they say you have to pay for these channels.
                            I request you to take strict action against independent tv so that it can not violate the rules of trai in the future and 11 hd and sd channels are restored.

                                While watching the tv i am getting continuously black screen after every few seconds and therefore unable to watch the tv. I had recently taken this connection and having this issue since then... If this connection goes like its going currently, i am afraid i need to change it sooner then. So i am looking for somebody who can resolve this issue asap.

                                      As you can see everyone is complaining about same thing that you guys do fraud, first you sell your connection by giving maha bachat pack and now you guys changed plan without any information, and this is not trai rule, its your company decision. How can you guys take our money on the name of maha bachat pack and give us your cheap pack, this is fraud. Now you guys have to face legal actions for this.
