Sir, i have booked online for new connection independent tv on 31.12.18.

But not installed till date or refund.

10 time i have been sent mail to you but not action taken yet. Once again i request you please refund my amount rs.1999/-.

I had purchased a dth connection from independent tv, when they launch the service in the name of reliance digital tv by pre-booking scheme on official portal of reliance digital tv on 4th of march 2018, and the connection was installed in home on 14th of september 2018, after that they not provided any service as per commitment in pre-booking offer. I made many complaint at customer care of this company, but no body replied me nor they come to repair my instrument, from december 2018 they stopped the service and from january 2019 they stopped satellite network also, all the office contact nos is also stopped,

So, it is my kind request you please take strong action against this company and instructed them to refund the money which was paid by consumer including me.

i am customer of independent tv from january 2019 and at the time of starting dth operator give me informTion one year plan is rs 2500 but my tv chanel going to close from march and in june full channel closed and my dth opertaor give not any response if i m call customer care number than they does not help
please solve my complaint as soon as possible.
sir my father is a employee they does not pay any more and my family is very disappointed and from last 3 month my tv is shut down because of dth service.
if i am complaint shopkeeper of my town they give me excuse 100 setup box also in my stock they have also waste and m also in loss .they said they could not help me.

I am, independenttv user. They have given us the information that they will give one year paid channels and five years fta channels in rs 2500. So i have pre booked the independent tv in rs500 and they said that we have to pay rest of money to the person who will come and install it. I have booked it but after seven months he came to install it but according to independent tv policies they have to install it in 30 to 45 days but they have not installed in that time. When independent tv is installed after some time the connection lost and when period of six months is over some person came to us to fix it then after 15 days the connection is lost again and now its have been 2 months over and nothing have been coming on the screen only its coming error 400 and our entertainment has lost for eight months. When six months is over no one come us to fix it but after six months someone come to us to fix it and then after fifteen days our connection lost again so i have lost the entertainment of eight months. I have paid total rs 2700 to them including installation. So pls help us to take refund from independent tv.

I got a new connection of independent tv on 25 dec 2019 .And subscribe annual pack .Paid full amount for one year. But in the month of march 2019 they change my plan without intimating me.And stepdown my plan but didnot refund any amount and also did not increase the validity. I call customer care to update my pack they demanded more money. But surprisingly in the starting of june 2019 they close there service without any intimation.They also did not refund the remaing 7 month subscription amount i registered a complain in trai but no solution yet

Reliance owned independent tv is fraud company cheating customers since without giving channels, relaince declaring crores of profit but they dont havre 12crores to pay antrix, even they dont have minimum common sense that customers are suffering without tv since 3months, i have prepaid for one year just 6month back,
Trai and govt authorities are sleeping it seems without taking any action such fraud companies, shame on your business ambani reliance owned independent tv.
Refund my amount immediately else will put this in social medias as there is no response from independent tv/consumer forum for our complaints, customer care numbers/emails dummy and even there is single response.

Sir,

Independent tv installed a set top box which is not working since last one year. We are continuous trying to contact them but no contact number is working. My last conversation with their customer care were three months back and they assured that the services will normalise from 1st june onwards but still there network is not working and no contact number is working.

You are therefore requested to kindly help.

I registered a complaint against independent tv but no any reply from your side.. No taking any action against independent tv.. If you are also not doing anything... Where should we go now...? Is this your rules..? That anybody can start a company without license and make any type of scam.. And trai or tdsat or govt. No body can take action against that company.. Wow.. Good

We registered a complaint 3-4 times before this when channels freezing issue was started and also one by one they stop broadcasting star channels then zee channels then colors channels... And from 12 june to now 04th sep totaly dead.. No signals on tv. Company making frauds and there is nobody to take actions... All are watching and enjoying drama..
I want refung my full amount of rs 2999/-.. I got connection n march -2019
And paid rs.2999/- for one year... Company is not providing service. And we suffering from issue... If you can do anything.. Help for customer's refund and get some trust and respect for yourself..

Independent tv stopped working from jun 14 2019 and till now (29 aug 2019) there no connection. They lost satellite connection due to there internal matter and they are telling some nonsense dates which never started the connection till now and we are suffering here without tv channels.
Plz refund my full money.
And take strict action against fraud companies.

Independent tv sold their product (Dth tv connection) for 1 year. But company doesn't provide service from june 2019. Many channel block by company which are included in my pack.

Company give a date to resume their service many a time on their website. But every time company failed to restart their service

I wish to complain about independent tv dth service that i, hemendra singh purchased on 26th december 2018 and paid 1, 999, booking id - r[protected] at sector 7 c, chandigarh 160019 to book the service i am complaining because it's been over 08 month and still i have not received my new dth connection service at my requested address. I was promised that new dth connection will be installed in 10-15 business days. To resolve this problem i would like independent tv to refund my complete booking amount that is rs 1, 999.0 as the company has failed to fulfill its promise. I have called their customer care many times to get the resolution to above-mentioned complaint but other than same old excuse i have not received neither any satisfactory resolution nor any assurance that problem will be solved. When i first learned of this problem, i contacted their customer care and was told on many occasions that my new dth connection will be installed shortly but nothing happened. I believe that this response is unfair and very unprofessional. Their customer care representative kept on lying about the installation period and hung up the phone on me when i raised a complaint about the above-mentioned issue. On many occasion, i asked for a refund of rs 1, 999, since they could not fulfill their promise but they refused bluntly. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem and i request for complete refund of rs 1, 999.0

It's been more than a month now all channel are stop. They stopped all the channel. As per there pack they supposed to provide hd channel along with all non hd channel. First they stopped hd channel within a 15 days then they stopped star channel and when they activated the star channels they stopped zee channel. I contacted customer care they said they will activate channel till 10 aug but still there is no activation as yet. Now customer care not reachable i trying form last week but no one can pick the call and most of time can't connect the call they totally making fool of customer i want to refund all money form them such an bad company

We want say that a large amount of time have its services are closed they give only date after date but not start service so think about that that and give proper justice to us they are not resolving problems about the independent tv if they are not able to broadcast why recieve money from people it doesn't provide service firstly it show dreams to the middle class people and after it breaks it

It humble my humble request to you that please refund our money because independent tv promise to provide whole year free cable service but it's provided services only two months. Independent tv fraud with us. We have complained many times but there has been no reply from there. They have been charged from us 2000+250 rupees (Set top box + connection charge). Please return our money asap.

I have taken independent TV on December 2018. From last two months Independent TV is not coming. They are not providing the information also that when it will come or when our money will given back.
