I have taken the connection of independent tv on march 2019. But after one month they discontinue the most channels and again after one month they completely discontinue the broadcast of channels. When i call the customer care to refund my amount which i have paid, he said they follow the instructions of trai. I told him that trai has given instructions to broadcaster to refund the amount if customers are not interested in you pack or services. But independent tv completely denied to refund the amount. Till today neither they telecast the channels not refund the amount which i have paid. Independent tv has completely discontinue its customer care services.

My self diwakar sharma. I've purchased independent tv with amount of 3000₹ for 1 year in march month.in a starting, this dth working fine but after few days some channels has been stopped. After that star channels has been stopped & after that zee channels has been stopped & at last all channels was not working. I've tried so many times to connect with independent tv via customer call but they were not giving me any response. I request to you, kindly refund my amount from this dth service. So that i can purchase another dth service.

Its been more than 2 months not getting services from independent tv. Recently in march or april only we got the same installed and paid rs.2500 to them but have not got services. Its only near about 1 month after installation we were able to view channels. Later on after a month only star and zee channels stop and inspite of calling unlimited times to customer care we got no response. I havent seen such a pathetic customer service which...

Kindly refund my amount of subscription for one year as i am not getting signals from last month or more, earlier also i am facing the problem of discontinuities of channels of star tv and zee tv. I am totally unsatisfied with the services provided by you. Kindly refund me for my loss caused because of discontinuities of services provided by you. I am not receiving services from last four months, i have paid charges for one year in advance and getting this sort of services is totally unacceptable. Firstly if you can plz resume the services with the immediate effect and refund for those days of no services provided by you.
Kindly look into this matter on priority basis.

If you are not able to resume your services with immediate effect then refund my money as soon as possible. I can't tolerate this kind of services any more.
I have to switch to another company.
If i doesn't get any response in one week i will file a case against you in consumer court and won't let you do these frauds with the so many customers like me who trust you and pay for one year in advance.

I took independent freedom pack of 1 year and paid 2500 rupees at dealer.. Since i got connection problems from day 1 it's never end till their aburupt withdrawal of services in june. No response from customer care for signal losses, struck pictures, or withdrawal of some channels without any information.
After long await finally decided because of no hope in this dth operator to resume chanel's. I want to claim my entire amount i paid to be refunded. Kindly direct operator for same

Sr No.[protected], had subscribed one year subscription on March 2019, after one month Star channels are discontinued when I contacted to a busy customer care calls are impossible to their customer care number then I send a mail to them after 20 days they replied that Star channels are resumed on your set top box, but after 10 days whole service is disconnected, customer care was not contacted as previous, then I had send mail to customer care, had made 3 reminders with in 20 days but they don't reply on single mail till now. Had never seen such a pathetic service they cheat us and made money unlawfully.
Now I want my whole money to be refunded.

I made a payment for I installation of Independent TV at my home and they assured that the installation will be done within 15 days. And when my installation was not done within the given time I called to their helpline number and they told that installation can't be done in your area and we will provide you a refund and share us your bank details and I did the same. But haven't got any refund in 15 days so I called again and they told me to again mail my details and so i did that again but then also i haven't got refund.
Then I called again and they said that the process is taking time and you have to wait.
They are doing it continuously and neglecting the refund and it's already more than 8 months.
Please help me And I am enclosing the payment receipt.

Dear sir, i had booked reliance big tv dth connection on 5th march 2018 by paying rs 500. It was installed on 03 january 2019 with a cash payment of rs 2000, cash collected extra rs 500 as per big tv booking offer. This connection was with a promise of all hd and sd channels free for one year and all fta channels for 5 years. Now from 2nd feb 2019 all hd channels stopped working and now stopped sd channels. Whereas as per our information trai has confirmed that all long terms plan will continue till their validity. My customer id is [protected], cont phone no [protected]. Alternate no [protected] i am already sent the three mail sent till today i did not received any reply from your side, please refund my money at the earliest and take your set top box and accessories as i do not wish to continue your services at any cost due to your company irresponsible behavior.

I had taken a two year all channels package with further 3 years of free channels (Total 5 years) by paying the full subscription amount for 2 years. Its now little more than a year and the independent tv (Earlier bigtv from reliance) have failed to broadbast channels regularly. There have been intermittent stoppage of channels running to months without any relay. We missed to watch entirely the ipl 2018 and world cup 2019 matches due to this. They take out certain channels without any notice. They dont even tell us when the services will be resumed. Their customer care is very pathetic and keep promising resumption of tv channels in next 24-48 hours but the promises are never kept and are for months together the channels are not broadcasted. I am really fed up and request the suitable authorities (Trai?) to take up these matters with independent tv who are playing with lakhs of subscribers by collecting money and not honouring to provide services. I am really helpless as i dont have any clue as to who to contact regarging the issue and get the whole refund from them for disruption of services. I took new connection of rs 1999 in september 2018 by saying services will be given for a year, but some of the channels stopped in march aprail 2019 and from jun 2019 it is completely disconnected without any notification, and there is no customer care number working, i want my money to return or give service for whole year

I booked my independent tv online on 02 march 2018.. I got connection on 01 september 2019... Since than service quality is poor... Several time no channels have been received by the dth... Meanwhile they stopped some channels to be telecast on dth... Now a regular disruption of services from last one and half month... Kindly refund my amount to me... I, nomore, want to continue with independent tv.

I have independent pack since 6 month but from last 2 month there is no any channel are working, all the time it shows error message and customer care number not reachable too.
If we connect with customer care, it always revert we are working but still it's not resolved, it's my humble request

Sir i had pre booked independent tv in mar 2017 but installation could not done within promised time and finally company denied to install the tv set-up box. I had applied for refund on 28 mar19, 16 may 19 and 04 jun 19 on company email and spoke customer care about 20 times but denied to return my money of rs.500. They do not give any compensation.

Please refund the money against my independent tv connection which was inactive last few months due to problems at your side. Registerd mobile no. Please refund my money at the earliest and take your set top box and accessories as i do not wish to continue your services at any cost due to your company irresponsible behavior.

Independent tv stops the services from a long time, till time these services in resume. Even no body is there to speak anything about the services. No call center/ customer case services in working. Also govt not taking any action against this fraud company. Independent tv make a big fraud of crores and even no body taking action like govt, trai, telecome ministry etc.

Since March 2019 still today all chenal 's are stop in independent tv broadcast nathi ng. Please recovery our 1 yeras subscription rs. 2500 with interest. Any time call customer services center thay do one date, date, again date, again new date. What to do about this no answering torcher??????????????????????????????????? Please help very soon from this problem.

I paid on 01 march 2018 rs. 499/- by credit card for dth connection as offered by reliance big tv (now renamed as independent tv). Till date no connection has been provided and my repeated requests for refund have resulted in only evasive replies by the company including its nodal officer mr. Vinay kwatra. I am no more interested as i have already taken a new dth connection long back and need refund my advance with interest. Pls help by taking up the matter with the company as well as authorities.
