Independent TV — buffering of all channels

We had paid for yearly package for Independent tv. Now few days back star channels were removed from the platform and we were unable to watch channels for around 15 days. Now zee channels are removed and none of the zee channel is coming up also picture is buffering and having issue with all channels. we are facing buffering issue from 06-05 and today its 08-05, still having same issue...
