Independent TV — channel not available due to migration

Dear independence team

I am new independence connection since oct-nov 2018, i was registered in 1999 plan that shows all channels regardless any issue but from last few weeks getting some channels are unavailable because of trai rule.

I connected with independence tv because of all channel facility now if you are migrating into new system, i lost all channel which we used to view on regular basis.

Please migrate and provide all channels as were in the past because we proceed according to your policy of 1999, now in the mid of connecting, our faith on you having waves because of *unavailability of channel and no answering from customer care / toll free number*.

Hoping will get positive response from your side and will be able to resolve my problem.
