Independent TV — complaint about error 400 signal not found | |||||
My independent tv connection installed on dated 28.09.2018 but from 24.10.2018 my tv connection shows error 400 signal not found from 24.10.2018 to till today 21.11.2018 I called customer care approximately 15 times but they are not resolving my problem. Whenever I make a call to customer care they have only one reply that we have submit your complaint a technician will visit you within 48 hours but after approximate one month no one visit and my complaint never resolve Was this information helpful? | |||||
