Independent TV — connection request long delayed money paid online | |||
This is with reference to the work order No. 712811, customer id [protected], I have requested for installation of a new connection and paid it online on 16-NOV-2018. After that I have called many times on the customer care, every times they advised me to wait for another 72 hours or 24 hours. It will be done. It’s been more than one and half month, I still need at-least a response from IndepandantTV. I don’t know why there is a long delay and the person sitting over the customer care representative chair doesn’t have the professional way to handle the request. I don't have the response ove the email also. helpless to see what is needed now Was this information helpful? | |||
