Independent TV — daily reduction of channels

First of all My SD card no is [protected] and I have opted for 2independent TV connection through an advertisement given by your company in the newspaper where it was stated that if you opt for the said scheme I will be given HD connection with all HD and other channels for 1 year.but during past few weeks I have observed that day by day the channels given to me are being reduced or unsubscribed .so please let me know how this you cheat I repeat cheat your customers.Since last week the star group has been blocked and on putting the problem to the customer care executive they assure that the problem will be solved within 24 hours but after expiry of 120 hours the problem hasn't been resolved.
Please let me know what is the problem and why shouldn't I move to consumer court against you for this or there is another option please refund my whole amount invested by me in installation of 2 connection.
