Independent TV — deficiency in service | |||
Respected authority, i, rajesh chandak, a subscriber of independent tv i have purchased their setup box with one year freedom pack worth 2200/ from 12th of june their service are all shut down no service is provided by them. And no clear response given by their call executive of the company. I had purchased independent tv connection with one year subscription at rs.
2500, on 10 oct 2018, to 10 sep 2019
But it shut down all service at 12 June 2019
So plz refund my amount
I want to know that co. will resume it's services again or not if not plz try to claim our refund amount.

My set top box 1 month is not working my cash refund agreement is all channels free channel not working I cash farmer work but is not my cash refund you company not call 😡 accept you fast reply my co. No. [protected]
Since many days improper service, poor signals we felt like cheated and frusted.
Best way we want money back don't want such a cheap service provider.
