Independent TV — disguised and interrupted services. | |||||
I purchased the independent tv in the month of january 2019. And was provided with freedom1999 plan. And used the same services for around a month - in month of february i found that all the free hd channels which were promised to be free for an year were stopped. I tried contacting the customer care, however it was never reachable. Hence is sent an email to the customer care portal and could not see any response. By the end of march i found that many channels stopped working. Hence i called the customer care again at - [protected]. I was informed that the channel will resume in 10 to 15 days as they are upgrading there services. Also, was informed that the information will also be available on the customer portal on their website. On 5th of april, i contacted again and was helped to login to the webesite. I felt cheated when i found that the package i have been provided is not same as i asked for. Many channels like - nick, starmovies, hbo, wb, and many more has been removed. I called the customer care again asking for an explanation. I was amazed that the cusromer care agent tarun informed me that trai has chosen a best fit plan based on my usage. I tried calling the number of the nodal officer for [protected] mr dhiraj kumar, but the number is always busy. This seems to be a fraudulent and disguised marketing and customer service to me. As i am the consumer and have a right to have a written information sent to me before any changes happens. I request to have the same resolved.
