Independent TV Dth — fraud: missing channels

I had purchased independent tv subcription with 2400 plan on oct
Services were fine till january.
But after february they removed all hd channels.
And now they removed all sports, lifestyle, kids and some other channels too.
I can't even watch ipl as all all star channels are gone.
This is purely cheating. As per trai new regulations, pre-existing plans shouldn't be conflicted with the new rules. So this is clearly a fraud. They have also disabled their customer care numbers due to this. They are avoiding complaints. Where we should go? I need a solution as soon as possible
