Star pack channel not available from last 7 days and when i talk to independent tv customer care operator they just giving me only one reason from 7 days. The reason is technical issue. They are not giving me proper time when channel available. I'm paying for the star pack and channel not available from 7 days. They are not giving me proper answer of my question.
