In march 2018 i had applied for two connection, after the regular advertisement in newspaper, i had paid amount through my credit card, i had received mail and they ask for 6 week time for installation, and after 6 week i called them they said it will take time, after some time i called they said that we are not founding your details, please advice your registered number, i had said this is my register number, they said give us time we will check the booking, and then no body contacted, after some time i came to know they changed name to independent tv and all reliance big tv mail are getting bounced. Now i am in communication with them on mails where they said we are unable to provide you connection we will refund your money, but after taking my account details they had not refunded my money, this is a fraud taking amount from millions for more than a year and then not willing to refund, i had decided to go and take a compensation for harrashment, reliance big tv is a big company but how it become by cheating and taking hard earn money of common man, i will soon take this to media.

Please pay my hard earn money, this is really very bad, who will trust if this practice will be preached no one had coordinated, that is almost more than a year, know one is bothering customer grievance.
