Independent TV — dth signal lost

I have connection of Independent TV DTH my setup box Sr No is [protected]. My DTH not working (Signal Lost) from 31st March 2019. I lodge complaint on 31st March and my complaint no is 2667042. But till the date no person come to me for reactfy the fault. I called customer care for 4 times everytime they told in 24 hrs your problem will be solved but 8 days gone, problem not solved.
