Independent TV — error 200 unsubscribe channel

I purchase independent tv set up box almost 5 month ago. And paid 3000 for 1 year free all channels but last 1 weak my set up box is showing error 200.. While my pack is free for i year after 5 month it is showing all channels are un subscribe. I told my set up box provider but no response i got. I want to refund my money as quick as possible... No channel including doordarshan coming.. I am sick about this independent tv.
