Independent TV — error-400 signal lost

I am facing error-400 signal lost, since last 20 days but i am not getting any solution for customer care and complaint officers.
I have also called nodel officers but they are not responding me.

I had sent many mails to customer care, complaint officers and nodal officers event i am not getting update when my problem will resolved.
