Independent TV — error 400 signal lost since feb[protected] worst product

Dear sir,

I have taken an independent tv connection and it was installed on nov-23-2018 and i have to get the service for 1 year. Initially everything was good and used to get good number of channels. But from feb-25-2019 onwards problem started, we are getting "error 400 signal lost" and not even one channel coming. I raised a request to the customer care and they said we have done refresh and you will receive service with in 45 minutes whenever i called them. Initally they refused ti take complaint, and after two to three days of struggle finally they raised complaint with reference number 2618288. Till now nobody turned up. Now i am of the opinion that to throw away the independent tv connection and get a new connection either from tata sky or dish tv.

Requesting to look into the issue and resolve at the earliest.
