Independent TV — for installation of new connection

Sir i ordered it on 29 march and still any one not contacting for installation.
They said your installation will be completed just in 72 hours but more than 17 days passed. I have called theirs customer care more than 10 times every time they said it will install next 72 hours.
I am not understanding what i do???.

I am having connection of independent tv but channnels are not coming from last one week and contacted customer care but not got any solution look in to the matter other wise i have to switch from Indepwndent tv.
