Independent TV — forced to see unwanted channels

My independent CA ID IS : 042A3E3E.[protected] that i had packed all channels for one year BUT NOW A days almost SD AND ALL HD channels stopped. AND ALL UNWANTED CHANNELS (OTHER LANGUAGE CHANNELS) FORCED TO SEE ALL THESE CHANNELS Independent tv customer care told me that we can't help you. I request you to take strict action against independent tv so that it can not violate the rules of trai in the future.
