Independent TV — freedom pack-rs 1999 refund request

I have booked for freedom pack rs. 1999 from website "http://www.independenttv.in" on 26th nov. 2018. Same time i have paid online for the same for this order.
Still i didn't received connection. When ever i called on customer care they informed me to wait for still 20 to 24 hr working days.
On website they mentioned that new connection will take 10 to 15 working days.
But i still not received and i am very frustrated with this service.
And when i sent a mail for refund then still same answer getting from customer care wait for 24 to 48 hrs our representative will revert your mail.

Kindly check and revert outher wise i will registered fir.
