Independent TV — freedom package channel is not working | |||||
Hi my self Pravin Jhariya, my customer ID in Independent TV is [protected] i have taken the Freedom package of Independent TV on august 2018 which is operated in December 2018. as per contract and assurance the all entertainment, News, Kids, Movie, Information, HD and other channel worked properly but after Feb 2019 the channels start locked or operating. we have try to make complaint to consumer care number they insured to reset the channel but no change there also as per instruction we continue ON the desktop box for 10 days but no any change presently in place of said 200 channel only 20-40 is working and Independent TV has blocked my contact Registered number . i try to contact from other number but they also block other number . so requested you to resolve the issue and direct me how can i go to consumer forum to take compensation from the service provider as well as make to punish them for this lake of service from service provider. thanks and regards Pravin jhariya [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
