Independent TV — I am complaining about independent tv

The company independent not showing the star channel since 17 april 2019 but now it was 27 april still it does not working but when we call to the costumer care number they said that the star pack is no more available in our pack... And we pay all the pack amount in advance and they will not reply me.. First they told that the service will resume on 26 april but it will not resume they does not reply me and not pick up the call kindly help me in this matter... Thank you
