Independent TV — I am complaint regarding service of independence tv

I took the connection of independent tv in january 20019
In ₹2300 of 1 year service
But the channel are blocked in may 2019 and and no service is provided to me till now
I also tried to complaint to their office but the company has not exist there they flew up from there

Also i tried to complaint to customer care but results are nil
Please refund my valuable money ₹2300

The provider charge for 1 year and the service of DTH will discontinue after 3 months all complaints and help line are closed. there is not an option to resume my DTH service, Please do the needful support.
