Independent TV — I'm complaining about I have paid 1year pack of the independent TV connection

Address: Hno 1-3 mallampet near bachupally hyderabad

Hi sir I'm not getting the service of independent TV from 1year and your customer service is not connecting and I have paid 1 year package I have not used 1month also. So in this case I need refund of my Amount as soon as possible.
