Independent TV — independent tv is blocking channel and not providing proper service | |||||
I registered for Independent TV in March 2018 and then first they hadn't given me the connection till December 2018 without any notice. Then they started showing all the channels under Freedom pack which were mentioned alongwith HD channels and it's a yearly pack. After a month first they blocked HD channels and changed my pack into Marathi Manoranjan pack which I subscribed previously without my consent and lastly they blocked some more channels like Aajtak, UTV movies, other english movie and entertainment channels. When I asked them the reason they just answered that the channels were not in your subscribed pack as per our company but the channels are showing in my subscribed pack as per their website. Besides all that, they also block several different channels time to time for which I need to call and insist to start them. As per TRAI rules dated 22 February 2019, it is enlisted that if someone subscribed for any yearly pack then the service provider won't alter their pack and also not them to pay more. But they aren't going as per the rules. I also have 2 more connections and facing same problem with them.
