Independent TV — installation not done and not back refund the amount | |||||
I ordered for independent tv on 26.12..2018 and paid the amount in full (1999/-). I got the message, the connection will be installed within 15 working days but till date it has not been installed. I called several times to customer care on [protected] and when i ask about the installation so he says every time wait till 7 days but their 7 days will not finished and when i ask to cancell and refund back whole money so he says that send email to cancel this connection and i need refund back this money and this mail i have send on 15.01.2019 but still till date there is not received any confirmation and still not done the installation and so request you to please take action against the company of independent tv Was this information helpful? | |||||
