Independent TV — item booked but not yet received the item or any information about dispatch or refund

I jatinder kumarl have booked my independent tv dish on 23/10/2018 by online through the company's website www.independenttv.in after paid the advance of Rs 1999 i have received the message which i am sharing with you by attachment.i got a message that item will be deliver with in 7 days of booking but not yet received the item or any information from their end.
when ever i talk to the customer care ([protected] ) every time they are saying the same message that with in 7- 10 days, it has been more than a month but my issue was not clear.
