Independent TV — misbehaviour extra paid, not picking call, no customer care response | |||
Hi Team, I realocated and shifted my independent tv antena to a different location and signals were not good, so antena was shifted on 15th floor and paid 1200 rs for 70 mtr wire and fitting antena. I called this person from faridabad customer care Roshini electronics. But once he is gone, dish didn't worked after that and I called these guys. From last 15 days they were saying that it will be fixed today and now they have stopped picking call too. I called to many times to Roshini electronics whichvtakes care of independent dish in fbd, but response is pathetic. I have added several screens of number called. I wrote to customer care too, but no response. I couldn't find any grievence Readdress email. This is not a matter of money, this is related to faith and service. This is cheating with customer who are taking your dish and service. Please fix the responsibility of these people, they should be answerable.
