Independent TV — more than 1 complaint

1) the independent tv set box is freezing for every 10 seconds onces from 4 days if the tv gets any problem i will directly blame independent tv, the independent tv is not for entertainment, it's only for issues

2) i subscribed for 10 ala-carte channels on 1st may via independent tv web site the order id is 58212 but still the channels are not available (Error code 200) i try to reach customer care numbers but no use, all the customer service number is not available, independent tv is making customers make-believe, and on this topic i mailed 6 complaint to customer care, nodal officer and compliance no use and i don't know we're to complaint against this.

3) some times channels will not available for 4-6 days and they say that technical issues, like star channels were not available for 4days last month and now zee channels.
