Independent TV — my dth is not working

I call there customer service so many times firstly they take 30min to respond and then also they are not listening to the complaint my sth is not working since so many days and whenever i complaint them they say it will work after 12 hours but condition remains same.
I dropped them email too but not respond to me even they cut so many channel also without any prior notice and when i speak them regarding they said that they can according to the new norms but i didn't signed any terms and conditions like this please look out this matter they are making dupe to the people. At selling time they are making fake promises
