Independent TV — no channel is coming & very poor response from customer care. id - 042c2f6f | |||
From last 3 days whenever i switch on my tv, ota upgrade is being displayed on tv screen. Whenever i talk to customer care on toll free number they say they have refreshed from there and it will be ok within 1 hour but nothing happens in reality. They never transfer their call to their senior or team leader. Last 15 days ago also same problem arised and anyhow it was resolved after 7-8 days. Very poor service is given by independent tv and very poor & irresponsible response is being given by customer care team. I am feeling regret after selecting independent tv rather than other good service providing companies. Support team, kindly look into this matter resolve my problem.
