Independent TV — no channels working

I have activated i dependent tv connection on 2nd jan 19. All channels were working fine for 2 days after that nothing was working.. I asked for help through customercare but nothing happened till date. Complaint no 1816460, i was informed that issues will be fixed within 48 hours no one called me to check or fix the issue. It looks no one is going to help to get this fixed hence please cancel my subscription and refund my amount.
You are anytime welcome to my home to take the dish and setup box.
