Independent TV — no installation

I have applied for the booking of independent tv booking id is r[protected] and work order no. 836499 customer id [protected] on[protected]

Its been 90 days [3 months] and no action as been taken yet

I have called on customer support so many time and representative say wait for 7 days

And its been 3 month and no installation has been done and i call customer care and they were saying that "status is showing active" and no installation has been done yet.
