Independent TV — no proper service, most of the channels are blocked, need refund

I had taken the independent tv freedom pack for one year in the month of november 2018 by paying 2000 rupees which included full hd channel and all other channels and a five-year free-to-air channel, which was given the full money advance took us for a year but the independent tv continuing to shut down the channels as told by the tv channel, now the star tv channel has been blocked by the independent tv has deceived us and cheated us. No response from the customer care. Now we do not want to take services of independent television. Please refund themoney immediately.
