Independent TV — no refund given to me for payment I did and I haven't got installation. | |||||
I made a payment for I installation of Independent TV at my home and they assured that the installation will be done within 15 days. And when my installation was not done within the given time I called to their helpline number and they told that installation can't be done in your area and we will provide you a refund and share us your bank details and I did the same. But haven't got any refund in 15 days so I called again and they told me to again mail my details and so i did that again but then also i haven't got refund. Then I called again and they said that the process is taking time and you have to wait. They are doing it continuously and neglecting the refund and it's already more than 8 months.
