Independent TV — no replacement of stb

We have been running around for 15 days. Registered complaint, spoke with mr. Vinay and also mr. Pooran (Service manager). We were given false promised. Now i need my money back which i paid for one year and i dont want to deal with independent tv. They don't know how to do business. They should stop this company & do something else.
