Independent TV — non-refund of booking amount | |
Sir, On 25.01.2019 i made a complaint to you, as under, and you were kind enough to reply me immediately saying that you have forwarded the complaint to trai and i will receive a reply from them. However, have not yet received any communication from them. I would therefore request you to kindly take up the matter with independent tv and direct them to refund the amount paid by me at the earliest. Thanks & regards, C n vasudevan nair — I have made an online request to independence tv for a dth connection on 20.12.2018 by paying rs.1, 999/-. It was informed that the connection will be given in 10-15 days. They have given me the work order number (968314) and customer id. Since the connection was not given as promised, i requested them to cancel my application and refund me the amount paid. I have been contacting their customer care regularly but not getting any proper reply. I sent several emails but no reply is received.
