Respected Sir/Ma'am, This is to bring into your notice that I Tanuj Soni had made an online payment of Rs.1999 at "independenttv.in" for freedom pack under Boooking ID R[protected] on 25-11-18. Till date, even after several complaints the installation has not been done, due to such a poor service the product is no more required to me and i need refund of my payment . For which i contacted the customer care and the telecaller told me to drop a mail for refund and that i will get a revert asking my bank details within 24hrs and the refund would be processed in 48hrs, i did the same and dropped a mail on 11-1-19, still have not rcvd any revert and the telecallers are telling me to wait . which i am not willing to do now, so kindly help me to get my refund to the earliest and would urge the concerned authorities to take strict action against such a pathetic service providers .
