Independent TV — not at all good very very bad srives

The independent digital tv had taken 12 months full pack rupees
From customer and now the connection have regular issue as in some channels are not working from last two months some time the channels are stop with working and they can`t work properly i have call 5 to 6 time in customer care but they had not even heard the problem of customer and not solve the problem please try to solve the problem or try to return my refund... If we call also wait for 24hr or 48hrs and line will cut
