Independent TV — not getting channels as per paid money

I have installed independent tv of full year pack with all channels they are removing the channels n not providing as per told. Now in my independent tv they have removed all star channels n also not picking the call i m trying from last 2 days wasted my money in calling them but they aren't responding them plzz help so that i can contact them for dth
