[Resolved] Independent TV — not giving the service as promised

I have got the connection on 22nd december 2018 customer id [protected], but from 2nd february they are switching off many channels and all hd channels. As per there terms they are supposed to give all channels for 1year. Several times i tried to contact through there customer care but no answer and also mailed but no reply so far. As per trai rules service provider has to provide till the date as per agreement.
What to do when no response from there side.

Till date my complain is not resolved. No communication from company, no call or email.BUT HERE ITS SHOWING RESOLVED!!!

Updated by arupsarkar There is no Customer Care. they do not answer to the mail neither the call center is active [protected]. No response from the above number.
