Independent TV — not working - not refunding

I had booked independent TV paying Rs499 on online booking (booking ID[protected]customer ID [protected]) and got it in few months after multiple chases and paid Rs2000 at installation time. It worked good for few months but then stopped working (everyone knows). Now, they're not returning my money. Customer care number isn't working. Over mail, they never reply. Please help!!!
