Sir, My set top box is [protected] in independent tv or relaince tv I have booked this set top box, before its launch in 500 in month of april 2019 with all channel (Along with hd channel) as your company committed. Got the connection in sept 2018. After some time your company reduce the channel list (Including hd channel) i. E., not displaying right now. From last 3 days channel of star group and number of channel were not displaying. At the time of installation they offered us all channel along with hd channel but know number of channel were not displaying. I want reason behind this. All channel must be displayed as per your commitment in earliear. Your company offered us all channel. Please continued our channel as earlier.
