Independent TV — poor customer care | |||
I purchased Independent TV about six months back. My set top box appears to be faulty as the channels keep getting frozen every 10 seconds and again resume after 10-15 seconds. This is interrupting the viewing continuously. Have approached Customer Care Call Centre and even written mails to Customer Care. They only promise to take action but nothing happens on ground.
