Independent TV — poor customer service | |||||
I am a customer of independent tv since november 2018. I am having a network error (#400 signal lost) from a month and the customer care desk has not assigned any executive and no measure has been taken for resolution whatsoever. Please look into this matter as my myriads of calls had no effect on them as i am guessing that they don't want to resolve the issue. It is very frustrating and embarrassing to encounter this problem in front of my guests. Was this information helpful? | |||||
