I am resident of Nashik (Pin Code 422003), Maharashtra. I have installed independent TV in Nov 2018 and subscribed to annual all channel pack (Model : DHA042170, S/N[protected], CA ID : 0430B1E0). But despite this we are not able to access all the channels regularly. In month of March-April-2019, STAR channels are not provided and from May 2019 now Zee Channels and Colors channels are not provided. And since last four days (i.e. fro m 10/04/2019) Error 400 is displayed on the TV, though the whether is very clear in our area. Frequently the picture on TV use to freeze and after complaints this issue is not resolved by the company. It is very tough job to contract their customers care number. The customer care is working for limited period of time. Evasive and stereo type answers are given by them. I feel very regretted that I purchased Independent TV connection, it is my big mistake, it is total wastage of my money. Kindly look into this issue. This is serious customer exploitation case.
